The 21st season started on WEDNESDAY 16 SEPTEMBER 2009 supported by RonHill Sports
The final date for the Winter season is 14 April but there is a one-off SUMMER SPECIAL on TUESDAY 29 JUNE 2010
The HQ is the Alvaston & Boulton Cricket Club House, Raynesway, Derby. It is on Raynesway that is the Derby Bypass. There is GOOD PARKING and SHOWERS. Registration is from 6pm to 6.45pm. After that, registration will be adjacent to the start & finish at the start of the Alvaston Bypass, Derby, about 600m from the Club.
The course has produced some very fast times in the last 2 years including a fine 15.54 by Katie Ingram of Horwich RMI on St Patrick's Day 2010.
Whilst it is good for me to get your entry by e-mail in advance so that I can prepare a number for you - you can just turn up, pay the fee of £3 and £1.50 for 16 and 17 year olds (or FREE if you are under 16) and run...as well as getting warm changing rooms, hot showers, FREE results and the choice of one or both races.
The ONE MILE race is at 7pm and then, at 7.20pm, is the 5000m race.
The dates for the 2010/11 season are as follows : 15 September, 20 October, 10 November, 15 December 2010 and on 12 January, 16 February, 16 March and 13 April 2011 with the Summer Special on 28 June
